Sale, Discounted, or Reduced Price Items: Are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Custom and Made To Order Items: Are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Fabric Orders: Are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We'll process your return as soon as we receive your return for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of Store Credit. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.
When you return your purchase to Tawni Haynes Apparel, within the allotted time period, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product, minus shipping cost.

Important Sizing Info
How 2 Verify What Size You Should Order.
You only need to take 4 simple body measurements to verify what size dress you should order! Get a tape measure and take your Bust, Waist, and Skirt length Measurements. If you don't know how to take those measurements here is video showing how to take them.

FINISHED DRESS MEASUREMENTS
XS = Bust 32", Waist 26", Hip Swings.
S = Bust 36", Waist 30", Hip Swings.
M = Bust 40", Waist 34", Hip Swings.
L = Bust 44", Waist 38", Hip Swings.
XL = Bust 48", Waist 42", Hip Swings.
2X = Bust 52", Waist 46", Hip Swings.
3X = Bust 56", Waist 50", Hip Swings.
4X = Bust 60", Waist 54", Hip Swings.
5X = Bust 64", Waist 58", Hip Swings.
Use your measurements to help you decide which dress will best accommodate your measurements. We recommend that garments have at least 1 to 2 inch ease room. Also take into consideration if your dress will be made of a fabric that has stretch.
If the standard sizes don't work for you, or you would like to have your dress custom-made based off of your body measurements, please select "Custom Size" in the Size drop down list. To create a custom size garment we need your measurement chart completed by Tawni Haynes Apparel, or a third party supervised by Tawni Haynes Apparel via video conference. We will contact you within 24 business hours to review all details for your custom size garment.
